Nursery Provision Engagement Survey

Chapel St Leonard’s Primary School would like to reconfigure and modify our existing internal spaces within Little Seahorses Nursery to maximise the use of available square footage – getting rid of unused areas to create larger play and learning whilst ensuring that we can safely and comfortably accommodate an increase in children. The proposed refurbishment will also provide a room for community usage, hopefully allowing for a parent and toddler group.

This engagement survey is anonymous and will help us to meet the needs of families within our local area. Thank you for taking the time to complete it.

This survey opened on Monday 20th October and will close on Sunday 16th November 2025.
