‘The Bridge’ Inclusion Hub
Through Woodlands Academy’s specialist provision, CIT operates an enhanced resource base at Chapel St Leonard’s Primary School for pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Named ‘The Bridge’, the aim is to provide additional opportunities for pupils whilst supporting Chapel staff to develop their knowledge of how to support children with complex, specialist needs.
Woodlands Academy is a specialist secondary academy for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Alongside their ambitious and diverse cirriculum, they have a dedicated interventions and pastoral team to ensure all pupils have access to a bespoke offer.
‘The Bridge’ will open this Autumn 2026.
